Brushes and makeup/brush storage items are a non-refundable, non-returnable item because of hygiene concerns. Ever successfully returned bikini bottoms or a toothbrush? Me neither. That's why I include this policy on each brush listing: you can know before you buy.
For other items such as clothing or jewelry (coming soon!), AbN offers a full refund (minus shipping and tax) for items purchased online in the form of store credit within 15 days of your receipt (tracking is included in all shipping). There is no refund to the original payment method. Your returned item must be postmarked within 15 calendar days of the arrival date; if your return is postmarked after this window, it will not be accepted.
All items purchased during final or clearance sales or otherwise labeled as a final or clearance sale cannot be returned.
All reduced sale items that are purchased at an additional discount (i.e., a coupon code) are not eligible for return.
Returnable items must be in the same condition as they arrived: clean; odor-free; no signs of pets or smoking; no indication of wear or tear. They must be as fresh and new as when you received the order, including any packaging.
If you fail to package the item properly, it will be damaged in transit, and AbN must reject your return. For example, makeup storage boxes and bags can be dented or bent without adequate bubble wrap.
Original shipping costs as well as return shipping costs are not covered by AbN.
AbN does not offer return shipping labels.
When shipping a return, please use tracking and avoid any headaches, as you are responsible for the item until I receive it.
I want you and me to be happy when it comes to getting the order right for you.
Unless you received the wrong order (mistakes can and do happen), AbN does not cover the shipping cost of returns.
AbN will cancel your order if has not begun processing. Things happen. I get it. Nine times out of ten it's no problem to cancel an order.
However, any transaction fees resulting from your decision will be deducted from your refund.
"I NEVER RECEIVED MY SHIPMENT."
First, an apology: not receiving an order can be crazy-making, especially when you have a deadline for a gift or an event.
Troubleshooting that often works: please check your front and back porches and other areas where a well-intentioned delivery person might be hiding your shipment from thieves. Ask your apartment complex or neighbors if they brought packages out of the rain.
Experience shows that often enough, the package does show up, but if not, please hit the contact button so that AbN can rectify the situation.
I will replace a damaged item if it *arrives* damaged.
Please take photos immediately and hit the contact button for directions.
You must contact me within 1-3 calendar days of receiving the item to qualify for replacement or refund. Any damage claim made after this window will not be honored.
